has another great beginning, whether u dont or do believe.

offical anouncement of the end of 2 significant events.

taking a break from boy's brigade. need time to space out and rest from activities.

also, ive been slightly deluded by soccer.

ahh.

will be leaving the starting 11 team representing Chs for soccer games. still will go for training as a sunday kickaround, since i have to...zzZ. been thinking about it and i realise its not really what i want. instead im just playing for the sake of playing. because the rest of the guys are.:// ahh.

in the end, its the same difference, whether im in or out, during the match, the supporters bench is always empty. so much for unity and whatever bootlicking phrases... dont want to be a calafare anymore.

thats the reason why i cut the ties.

strict training regime

Monday - back, biceps
Tuesday - quads, hamstrings, shoulders
Wednesday - chest, triceps, abs
Thursday - back, biceps
Friday - quads, hamstrings, shoulders
Saturday - chest, triceps, abs

suntanning regime

at least once a week. most prob saturdays. 4hrs. non dry.
