Sun 27th april 2008 GOOD NEWS and of course there are Bad news too

GOOD NEWS :) yepps this blog gonna be short. today was SERVICE!!! yes it was amazing. anyways yea in the morning i made it just in time at 1030am and yea i met the Fans at the carpark. they were going for some little kids thingy. haha cuttteee.

ok so service ended at 1230, i think.. then pan me the football guys played abit trained abit. todays weather was HOT!!! goodness. could have suntanned easily.

BAD NEWS :( hmms thats the good news! we had fun and fellowshipped with each other. well, for the bad news, hmm INJURIES for this and last month!!! aaah. i picked up and ankle injury and a knee problem still there for a few months. elbow just got it 2 weeks ago. nursing it now. hope it does not inflammate or something like that. yea so tricep area hurts sharp pain when i gym and workout some exercises. ouchies. whew. hope it wil recover soon.
