WOAH GREAT DAY TODAY!!!!

met Daniel Lim... really fellowshipped with him alot and found out much!!! :)

we both kinda realised we are similar in many ways. really nice friend. character wise and thoughts and perspective on certain issues... :)

anyways. yuppppp really share same goals as me. glad. Training together really hard today from 2pm to 6pm. Wacked and wacked the chest and the arms. Sweats. Finally found serious training partner and chs member!!!

all good things come at good timings. Thanks Daniel for being a spotter for me. we must help each other to grow both physically and mentally and spiritually. :) cya 2mrw for wacking back and tri s!!!


time to rest... todays training was intense. worse than 4hr non stop push up position. but was good. felt the ' pump ' if u guys noe wad it means. :) find out !!!

with knowledge u get bigger than incredible hulk. :)


btw watched that show today.. just!!! haha arnold's training partner Loe Ferrigno is inside the hulk show!!! he was the original the hulk many years ago !!! and this time he only act a small role as a security guard!!! but still has the shape of a mr universe!!! WOW SO MANY YEARS!!!
