Football match... thoughts. (please keep this within me and yourself)
nothing much to say. 13thapril. we trained hard and were ready. however, haha. we were playing our first match as a team.
Feelings: put us on a field with such conditions not suitable for us and have high expectations. I was playing centre back and could not play my centre mid postion due to unforseen circumstances. much pressure on me as me and nicholas lim last line of defence. anyways, during match, the left back (wun say who) was telling me to do this do that do this do that, and i just say ok ok ok. then a few SECONDS later the midfielder(wun say who) ask me do this do that do this do that, i was like ok ok ok. then right back (wun say who) also keep saying this that this that then i reply ok ok ok. haiz, i felt as if people treated us as though we were amateurs and playin a football match of time duration 90mins for the first time( btw if you think carefully i played the full 90mins on the 13th april, do u think that if it was my first time i could last 90mins, just think... ). but its ok, they are older than us so telling us to do something that would benefit the team i would just listen and take it in my stride, be it negative comments or whatever... but REMEMBER this. though u guys are older, doesnt prove that your football is better than us. the only difference between u and US is that u were JUST lucky to be born earlier, nuff said. . .
Feinting ignorance is the best remedy, hint hint to the youth team. up and on!!! we are the YOUTH TEAM of chs for a reason. :P not the FOOTBALL TEAM of chs. whew i feel so much better after this blog. woah. please ignore this post if it does not concern you. thanks. its more for my mates who lack self esteem. i just wanna urge u to believe in yourself and ignore whatever other people say about u, especially those who like to talk alot about our youth team instead of supporting us. . .
